Order Minimums

Order minimums vary by artisan and type of account and range from $150-$500 for opening Orders.

Payment terms

Prepayment via credit card is required for your first order. Payment terms on future orders may be available pending artisan guidelines.

Claims and returns

Kindly notify us of any concerns within five days of receipt of your wholesale order.
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned for an enchange.
Please use care when ordering customized items as they are not returnable.

International Orders

We are happy to accept international orders that meet the following requirements:

• Order must be paid in US dollars via a check from a US bank, international money order.
• You will be charged for the actual international shipping and handling charges.
• You are responsible for tax or duty charges in your country.
