Originally owned by a Venetian sea captain, this large cross was a gift from the Italian government. The original was made in Venice between 1770 and 1800.
One of Jackie's passions was collecting crosses. She eventually had more than 200 crosses in her collection. At least 27 were gifts from JFK.
