30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any item without personalization in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. It's that simple.


Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Personalized items may not be returned. Shipping and gift wrapping will not be refunded. Returns with no Celebrate Your Faith return authorization code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be subject to restocking fees of 20%.


How To Prepare A Return

To return a item to Celebrate Your Faith, follow our three step process:
  1. YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE
    Contact us via email at returns@celebrateyourfaith.com (click here) and you will be emailed a Return Authorization Form. Fill out the form completely. Forms not filled out will result in a delay of the return process. We will respond to your returns request via email within 2 business days.

    Returns must have a return authorization form. Returns made without the authorization form will be subject to a 20% restocking and return fee.


  2. Package Your Return. Include the completed Return Authorization Form, all original packaging and any certificates of Authenticity. Returns made without the Return Authorization Form could be delayed and will be subject to a 20% return and restocking fee.

  3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Celebrate Your Faith.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
*Celebrate Your Faith will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, Contact us at returns@celebrateyourfaith.com.

We must receive your returned items within 30 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 30 days of the date of shipping, a refund will not be issued.

Personalized Items
Once placed, orders for personalized items cannot be canceled, and personalized items cannot be returned. We ask that you take special care when specifying messages, initials or names, and if requested, the style and color of the personalization.
