How do I ship a gift to an address other than my billing address?
You can ship to multiple addresses by taking advantage of our multiple "ship-to" feature in the shopping cart. During checkout you will be shown each individual product in your order. You will have the option to send each item to the billing address or you may add an address.
If you are registered on CelebrateYourFaith.com, you will also be able to select from your list of saved addresses. You also have the option to select what shipping method you want for each destination, whether you want to ship standard, 2 Day or Overnight. Charges are for each ship to address and include shipping, processing and insurance. To learn more about shipping, please click here.
If you prefer to place your order via phone, fax or mail, we can split an order for shipment to more than one address for those orders. To place an order via our toll-free number, please call 1-888-977-4141, or fax us at 763-477-5015.
How do I place a gift order?
We can ship your gift directly, along with a message of up to four lines.
You will be asked for a shipping address when you enter your order. Please enter the gift recipient's information as requested. Please include the recipient's phone number. You can include a gift message by typing in your message in the box provided. Your message will be printed on a separate piece of stationery and enclosed with the order.
Can I have my gifts wrapped? We are happy to offer gift wrapping services for $5.95 per package.
Items that can be gift wrapped will display gift wrap options on the Shopping Cart page.
During check out, please check the box for each item you would like gift wrapped. Be sure to click "Update" to confirm.
Please allow an extra day to package and wrap your gift. Unfortunately, some larger items cannot be gift wrapped; please call Customer Care 1-888-977-4141 for more information. You will receive a confirmation notice when your gift order has been sent.
Can I have an item Personalized?
We are pleased to offer a comprehensive personalization and engraving service to our customers.
Many of our
Bibles,
albums,
and journals can be embossed with names,
dates, occasions, and special messages.
Many of our
ornaments,
crosses,
keepsake boxes, and
select jewelry peices can be engraved with initials and names.

Every item can be delivered to you or directly to your gift recipient, presented in a gift box to make beautiful personalized gift that will last a lifetime.
We ask that you allow an additional 3 working days for any item to be personalized or engraved.
However every order is dealt with promptly. At busy times of the year please allow between 3-5 working days for this same service.
Options for Personalization
Initials: Unless otherwise stated, the personalisation of initials is usually a max of 3 initials. Individual product options will state restrictions due to space and design and placement of monograms.
1 or 2 Lines: Where possible, you will be given the opportunity to choose the position of text. The most common positions are bottom center or bottom right corner.
However, due to some decorations on certain items, personalization will be in the top right corner.
Each line can have a maximum of 20 characters (includes letters, spaces and puncutation.)
Options for each product are given on the product information screen. Please read options carefully so that there is not a delay in processing your order.
Types of Personalization
Gold & Silver Foil Stamping: Each letter is stamped in to the leather using either Gold or Silver foil. This is suitable for both traditional and contemporary items.
*Due to the textured surface of our certain Bibles and journals, small breaks may appear in the foil stamping. This is not a defect, rather due to the texture of the materials.
Handstamping, Handwriting, & Engraving: Each letter is either handstamped, handwritten, or engraved into the item. Font styles will be reflected on the product information screen.
YOUR MESSAGE
Please specify when completing personalization details, any upper and lower case characters, for example; if you type initials jpm into the personalization box this is how it will be embossed, in lower case. Typing them as JPM means we will personalize with upper case. Please note, Initials in all capital letters looks best in BLOCK font.

For multiples of the same Bible, it is easiest to add each item to your bag one at a time wtih individual personalzation messages.
Using our best expertise, we will style the personalization and embossing in the most appropriate design and format for the item.
Any specific requirements should be discussed with our Customer Care Team prior to placing an order.
Please also be aware that our example font style on the website is not necessarily the font that will be used on each individual product.
Please make sure you check all spelling, grammar and punctuation as we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalized.
When does a personalized item ship?
When you place a personalized order online, the product will ship within three business days. The arrival date of your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose. Overnight or Rush shipments are shipped no later than third business day from the order. Standard ground shipping can take between 10-13 days.
Please use care when ordering personalized items as they are customized and are NOT RETURNABLE.
